Blackberry Jam Bison Burger

Indulge in the perfect harmony of sweet and savory with these succulent blackberry jam bison burgers .
Ingredients:
- Pre-packaged Bison Patty
- Swiss Cheese, sliced
- Iceberg Lettuce
- Red Onion
- Blackberry Jam
- Hamburger Bun
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
Directions:
- Place the buns on the preheated pan for 2 minutes to toast them and then set them aside while you prepare the bison patty.
- Drizzle the oil in the large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season with salt and pepper, then add patty to the pan and top and cook on for 2 minutes.
- Flip patty and cook for another 2 minutes or until cooked to desired doneness.
- Add swiss cheese slice and cook for 1 minute or until cheese is melted.
- Add a generous amount of blackberry jam to the top of the bun.
- Assemble your burger with toasted buns. Top with lettuce, sliced onion and patty. Add the top of the bun.
- Serve and enjoy!
