INGREDIENTS

  • Bacon
  • Sausage
  • Potatoes
  • Onions
  • Carrots
  • Seasonings (Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Anything else that sounds good)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Light coals and start heating your pot & pan.
  2. Thinly slice potatoes, carrots. & onions.
  3. Pre-cook sausage in a pan.
  4. Cover the bottom of dutch oven with bacon allowing the fat to render a little.
  5. Layer potatoes, carrots, onions, seasoning & sausage.
  6. Repeat until pan is almost full.
  7. Cover with lid & ad coals atop lid.
  8. Cook 1-2 hours, testing occasionally with a fork to see if it’s done.
