- Seasonings (Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Anything else that sounds good)
- Light coals and start heating your pot & pan.
- Thinly slice potatoes, carrots. & onions.
- Pre-cook sausage in a pan.
- Cover the bottom of dutch oven with bacon allowing the fat to render a little.
- Layer potatoes, carrots, onions, seasoning & sausage.
- Repeat until pan is almost full.
- Cover with lid & ad coals atop lid.
- Cook 1-2 hours, testing occasionally with a fork to see if it’s done.
